Bulk Amenities
By now all of our rental units have had the bulk amenity dispensers installed in their unit bathrooms. The shower holds three custom Crystal Spa amenity bottles: one for lavender mint body wash, another for lavender mint shampoo, and the final one supplies reconstructive conditioner. The vanity has a purifying facial & skin cleanser as well as lavender mint body lotion. This program is part of our green initiative as it reduces over 155,000 bottles, lids, and excess product from entering our landfills each year.

For guests who do not feel comfortable with the bulk amenities, the traditional offering of small bottles and bars of soap are still available with a call to the front desk.

If you happen to run out of any products during an extended stay, please call housekeeping and we will send out a housekeeper to refill the bottles for you.

For those who would like to take these products home, you may purchase the entire line in our retail shops. These bottles are refillable (all except for the facial cleanser) for a discounted price, encouraging you to reuse the bottle. Not only do we carry the full-size bottles, but we also offer TSA-approved travel sizes.

PROPERTY OWNERS WEEKEND
We look forward to seeing you April 20-22! Don't forget to reserve your unit for that weekend to attend your association meeting and whatever fun we may have planned for you.

Vote For Our Hero
Crystal Mountain’s own Jim Riley is one of five national finalists for the Snowsports Industries of America’s SKI SHOP HERO Award. We need your help getting out the vote to help Jim earn this deserved and prestigious honor.

Go to the following link: http://www.skinet.com/skiing/videos?src=whtrmad and click ‘LIKE’ on Jim Riley’s 60-second video. You need a Facebook account to vote – if you don’t yet have a Facebook account, it only take a few minutes to set up and it’s free. You’re only allowed one vote and the deadline is January 13, so VOTE TODAY. Thanks for your help!

We really need to "get out the vote" as a couple of finalists are starting to surge ahead.

Big Ten Network
Each fall we often hear grumblings from both owners and guests about our cable provider not offering the Big Ten Network. Because of this, we've begun to look into the additional cost of adding The Big Ten Network to our everyday cable package and what that would mean to our owners.

In the meantime, the Big Ten Network as well as NBC Sports Network (formerly Versus) can be viewed in bar area of the Thistle and the bar within the Wild Tomato. Several other sports channels are also available to catch your favorite game.

If you have any feelings one way or the other about adding The Big Ten Network for an additional cost, we'd be happy to field your comments. This would be an all-or-nothing option; everyone would get the new channel and would see an increase in their monthly cable bill. Are there other stations you may like to see, or ones you'd like us to eliminate? Comments can be sent to ownerinfo@crystalmountain.com

3360 Is The Number To Call
While our new owners are regularly using extension 3360 for their property management needs, many are still calling individual extensions. This is most prevalent for those dialing 5600 which is now a voice-mail only extension. Previously it was the way to contact our building engineering department. Please remember to dial 3360 for any of your needs. Have questions about a bill-call 3360. Want to report a repair issue-call 3360. Want to cancel a reservation-call 3360. Want to order a pizza-call 6062 as the Little Betsie Bistro can help you with that. Want to make a payment-call 3360. Want to check your occupancy-call 3360. Please put extention 3360 as your primary Crystal extension.

Rental Codes
Rental codes, also know as Market Segement Codes, appear on your rental management statements immediately following the reservation number. The three codes showing zero income that generate the most calls are O for Owner Stay, M for Bonus Time within the fractional units, and C for a Comp Stay.

However, for your inquisitive minds, here is a complete list of the codes we use:

C - Comp Rate  P - Golf School
