Units Desiring Trades

 

Crystal Mountain has opened up the trade program to all owners on the rental management program, shares and whole owners alike.  Shares may now trade with any association here at Crystal Mountain, and whole owners may now participate in this successful program as well.   This is subject to the rules in the Property Management Employment Contract.  An owner can contact Crystal Mountain to initiate the trade and every attempt to find the trade will be made.  Below is a list of those owners/units who are searching for a trade.  Please contact Janell Smith at ext. 3353 if you are able to help a fellow owner.  Thank you.

They can trade a 2 bedroom Kinochen the week of July 22nd - 29th, 2012 or almost any week in there 240 one bedroom unit.  Even a combination of 2 weeks to get it.
Cottage 315D September 5th - 9th, 2012 3 bedroom cottage May 20th - 29th, 2012    (2 nights are already rented out )
