Frequently Asked Questions About Crystal Spa
What are the age requirements?
Nail salon services are available for guests ages 9-12. Spa and nail salon services are available for guests ages 13-17. Youth guests (ages 9-12) may not have access to Spa locker facilities, hot tub or Relaxation Lounge. Teen guests (ages 13-17) must be accompanied by a parent/guardian at all times during their visit/treatment. A $15 Spa access fee is assessed for each parent/guardian not receiving a treatment.
What if I have special health considerations?
Please notify our spa concierge if you are pregnant, have high blood pressure, allergies, any physical ailments or special needs. This information should also be noted on your Personal Care Guide upon arrival at Crystal Spa.
How do I refill my Crystal Spa products?
The following Crystal Spa products are available for refill:
• Lavender Mint Body Lotion
• Lavender Mint Body Wash
• Lavender Mint Shampoo
• Reconstructive Conditioner
• Purifying Facial & Skin Cleanser
Refill these products at the Peak Fitness Desk for $6 per bottle or refill by mail.

When is Crystal Spa open?
Crystal Spa hours vary by season.
Starting July 1
Monday - Saturday: 9am - 8pm
Sunday: 9am - 6pm

Should I make an advanced reservation?
We strongly recommend that you schedule Crystal Spa appointments prior to your arrival. Reservations are subject to availability and must be guaranteed with a credit card. To reserve your place, call 888.968.7686 ext. 7200.
What is your cancellation policy?
We request that cancellations or appointment reschedules be made at least 24-hours in advance for single services and 48-hours in advance for multiple treatments. Failure to reschedule in advance will result in a 50% charge applied to your credit card. No-show appointments will be charged in full.
Do service fees apply?
For your convenience, an 18% adjustable gratuity and 2% service charge will be added to all Crystal Spa services.
What are your payment policies?
We accept all major credit cards, personal checks and traveler's checks. Crystal Mountain houseguests may also charge services to their room and club members to their membership account.
Are cell phones allowed?
To ensure the privacy of all guests, cell phone use is strictly prohibited in Crystal Spa.
When should I arrive for my appointment?
We suggest that you arrive at least 45 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.
How do you handle late arrivals?
As a courtesy to our other clients, late arrivals will only receive the remaining available appointment time and will be charged the full service fee.
What should I wear?
A robe, slippers and day locker will be provided for you upon arrival to Crystal Spa. During your service, disrobe to the level of your comfort.
Should I shave before my treatment?
Shaving is not recommended prior to any body exfoliation treatments or hair removal services. We do, however, recommend that men please shave two hours before their scheduled facial treatment.
What if I have Shellac polish on my nails?
Please inform the Spa Concierge if you currently have Shellac or Gel polish on your nails prior to scheduling your nail appointment; additional removal time will be required.
Is there a place to store my valuables?
While we do offer lockers, Crystal Spa is not responsible for damage or loss of your personal belongings. We ask that you please not bring valuables.
