Ski Fitness Training

Session 1:

Beginner: Wednesdays, October 24, 31 & November 7 at 1 pm
Intermediate: Tuesdays, October 23, 30 & November 6 at 7 pm
Intermediate: Wednesdays, October 24, 31 & November 7 at 5 pm

Session 2:

Beginner: Wednesdays, November 28 & December 5, 12 at 1 pm
Intermediate: Tuesdays, November 27 & December 4, 11 at 7 pm
Intermediate: Wednesdays, November 28 & December 5, 12 at 5 pm

Ski Fitness Training will take your skiing performance to the next level. Ski faster, better, stronger! Each session begins with a dynamic warm-up, followed by a ski-specific dry land training regime. Professional trainers will focus on improving your agility, strength, speed, endurance, flexibility and explosive power in this progressive camp.
