Check-In / Check-Out Times

Check-in begins after 5pm or as accommodations become available; check-out time is at 11am. We are happy to offer an early check-in as soon as your accommodations are clean and ready; please pre-register at our Front Desk located at the Inn at the Mountain upon arrival. If your accommodation is not available for an early check-in we encourage you to enjoy the facilities and we will contact you when your accommodation is ready.

Lodging & Package Rates

• Rates are per adult, based on double occupancy in standard hotel accommodations, unless stated otherwise.
• Rates are subject to applicable taxes and service fee.
• Reservations may be subject to minimum night stay requirements on holiday and peak season dates.
• Rates are subject to change without notice.
• Price points represent low season rates. Peak season rates start higher.
• Rental equipment is not included in package rates unless stated otherwise.

Deposit Policy

First night's lodging or package rate is due at time of booking. 50% of lodging or package rate is due at time of booking when staying December 26-31.

Cancellation & Modification Policy

Your deposit of one night's lodging or package cost is fully refundable if you notify us of a cancellation or modification at least 14* days prior to your arrival. Deposits are non-refundable if the cancellation occurs within 14* days of arrival. Modifications to your reservation reducing the length of your stay will result in a charge equal to one nights stay. (*30 days notice required during 12/26-12/31). No refund on unused portion of package stays.

Other Details

All outdoor activities including, but not limited to, alpine slide, family bonfires, chairlift rides, ice-skating, outdoor pool and sleigh rides are subject to weather conditions.
