Learn How Journaling Can Lead To Health and Vitality
THOMPSONVILLE, MICH – Is it really possible to create the life you crave? How can you turn creative ideas into reality? Leslie Hamp will be your guide in a special series of workshops happening this June at Crystal Mountain.
Hamp is a creative catalyst who specializes in helping women and entrepreneurs reach their personal and professional goals. In these special 90-minute programs, she’ll help guests clear energy-draining clutter and develop a whole-life vision that inspires them to set and reach their goals every day.
Each Journaling for Health and Vitality session costs $79 and includes a journal, access to Crystal Spa, lunch at Thistle Pub & Grille, and a guided tour of Michigan Legacy Art Park. Sessions are scheduled for June 13 and 15 at 9am and June 18 at 3pm. Guests can sign-up for one, two or all three unique workshops.
The workshops fit perfectly with the overall mission of Crystal Mountain’s Peak Performance principles promoting a healthy mind, healthy body, and healthy spirit. Leslie Hamp stresses the importance of looking at patterns and trends in your life; creating strategies for enhanced self-care, health, and vitality; and identifying where you may be out of sync and how to get back to what’s important to you.
