New Baltimore's Blair Sinks Hole-in-One
THOMPSONVILLE, MICH – On an otherwise quiet day in northern Michigan, Ed Blair selected his 4-iron and looked at the pin. He was on the 12th hole of the Mountain Ridge, the signature golf course at Crystal Mountain, and what happened next is something Ed’s been dreaming about for 35 years.
He hit the ball – a TaylorMade Rocketballz - it felt good, it looked good… and from 178 yards out, it went in. Ed Blair sunk a hole-in-one. It was his first. Dan and Alex Blair were there to congratulate Ed. Now Ed Blair, the Design and Test Lab Manager for Anchor Bay Packaging will be introduced forever more as, “Ed Blair. He got a hole-in-one at Crystal Mountain.”
