An Evening of Family Health and Wellness
Tuesdays - 5pm-8pm - $12 per person

Family Spa-Fit Night is an evening of health and wellness, offered 5-8pm every Tuesday in the Peak Fitness Center & Crystal Spa.*

Spring classes will focus on beach body fitness, while the theme of summer spa-fit nights is fresh air fitness.

Ages 7+ are welcome. Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

5 PM – Boot Camp
5:30 PM – Tone & Strengthen w/ Stretch Bands
6 PM – Aqua Fit or Yoga
6:30 PM – Yoga
