Exercise program in the Peak Pool designed for individuals with water aerobics experience ranging from basic to advanced. If you are looking for a fun and rewarding workout, this one is for you.

Basic Aquatics
Tuesdays at 6 pm - Peak Pool 

Learn the basics of water aerobics with our staff of professional instructors. A great introduction for the rookie as well as the seasoned veteran.

Beach Body Boot Camp
Tuesdays and Fridays at 8am, select Saturdays at 9am - Motion Studio
This program is Crystal Mountain’s Signature Boot Camp! Our professional instructors guide you through this cardio, strength and endurance full-body workout designed for the average to elite exercise enthusiast.

Intermotional Aerobics

Total body sculpting combining low-impact muscle conditioning with music from around the world. A fun and exciting way to get an all-over-body workout.

Mountain Hike
Saturdays at 11am
Meet at The Peak Fitness Center with your bottled water and hiking shoes. Enjoy a one-hour moderate-fitness-level hike up the mountain led by Peak staff. Rental ski walking poles are available to enhance your workout.

Mountain Walk
Sundays at 9am
Meet at The Peak Fitness Center with your bottled water and walking shoes. Enjoy a wonderful one-hour stroll perfect for the whole family! Led by Peak staff this walk takes you to the Michigan Legacy Art Park. Rental ski walking poles are available to enhance your walking workout.  

Peak Performance Training

Our Peak Performance class class tones, strengthens and stretches.  Active training warms the muscles before progressing through a vibrant workout, ending with a cool down.  While targeting major muscle groups in the body, you will also benefit from an uplifting calorie burning experience. Perfect for all ability types.

Receive one hour of customized personal fitness training.  Whether it's weight loss, toning, stretching, cardio, sport specific or sports skills training, our professional trainers will create a personal training program to help you achieve your goals. More Info 

Pilates 101

Sundays & Thursdays at 10am - Motion Studio

Pilates exercises aim to strengthen the core while developing the muscles that provide support for the spine. Held in our Motion Studio, our pilates program focuses on increased strength & flexibility with the goal of achieving a more balanced body.

Available Most Sundays at 8am

Full Body strengthening and conditioning class. Ideal for all fitness types. 

Total Core
Wednesdays at 6pm - Motion Studio
The Total Core program focuses on your abdominal and back muscles. This tempo core workout is designed to work your core in a fun and vibrant manor. If you want to tone your mid-section while adding cardiovascular exercise, this program is for you! We start with a dynamic warm-up and move right into a very intense calorie-burning group exercise program.

Yoga 101
Thursdays at 6pm, Sundays at 9am - Motion Studio

If you are looking for a rewarding fitness experience, try our signature Yoga class. No matter what your experience level, yoga offers excellent health & wellness benefits, and provides a unique perspective to exercise & fitness. 

Zumba®

Saturdays at 12pm - Motion Studio
Zumba® fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow dance movements to create a dynamic and effective workout that’s a blast! Cardio routines featuring interval training sessions with fast and slow rhythms combine with resistance training to tone & sculpt your body while burning fat.
