• Influenza

• Please bring your ID and insurance card.
• Consent forms will be available at the clinic.
• Vaccine coverage by insurance may vary. Please check with your provider.

Vaccine Pricing Without Insurance:

• Spikevax (Moderna - COVID-19): $165

• Flucelvax Trivalent (Influenza, 6 months and up): $50

• FluAd Trivalent (Influenza, 65 years and older): $95
