Crystal Mountain is proud to present the first hosted Wine Dinner for Four Seasons Club Members and Crystal Mountain Property Owners in the Rose Garden at the Thistle Pub and Grille. Enjoy wine from Tabor Hill Winery plus a five course meal prepared by our award winning chef, Jeremy Ursum.
Four Seasons Members and Property Owners are welcome to bring guests to this event.
Course 1: Roasted Red Pepper Artichoke Dip with a fresh Sangria made from Tabor Hill's Demi Sec Red.
Course 2: Arugula and Endive Salad with Vanilla Roasted Pears and Bleu Cheese with Tabor Hill's Chardonnay.
Course 3, Main: Red Wine Brined Blackberry Pork Tenderloin with Roasted Potatoes and served with Tabor Hill Merlot.
Course 4: After dinner Tapas board with Homemade Marinated Apricots and Aged Gouda and Homemade Marinated Sundried Tomatoes and Goat Cheese served with Tabor Hill's Pinot Gris.
Course 5: Pumpkin Crème Brulee served with Tabor Hill's Grand Mark Sparkling Champagne.
Cost: $80 per person, plus tax and 18% gratuity.
