Our Farm-to-Table dining series brings the fresh flavors of northern Michigan to the Thistle Pub & Grille the third weekend of each month, May through October.
Our chefs work with local farms, making personal visits to many of them, to build a custom three-course menu.
Our Farm-to-Table series is a clear example of Crystal Mountain's commitment to the sustainability of the local food movement and the role that our restaurants play in it.
Each month we take a handful of restaurant staff to local farms. We feel honored at the opportunity for our staff to not only know how to prepare these meals, but to also see where the food actually comes from, to talk directly with the farmers and their families, making that personal connection - a driver behind local sustainability. Join us this May when we will be visiting and featuring Rice Centennial Farm Llc in Benzonia, Michigan.
