Crystal Mountain: Best Terrain in the Midwest
Visitors to OnTheSnow consider Crystal Mountain "The Best"
THOMPSONVILLE, MI - OnTheSnow, the most visited ski and snowboard-related website has recently awarded Crystal Mountain its 2013 Visitors' Choice Award for Best Terrain in the Midwest. The awards are considered to be the most comprehensive user-generated ski resort awards in the world.
The award is one of four regional awards handed-out each year by the editors of OnTheSnow, which boasts more than 17-million unique users to its mobile and desktop platforms each winter. Awards are presented for both overall and regional winners. By receiving this award, Crystal Mountain had the highest average score in its category, as voted on by visitors to OnTheSnow.com.
"We are extremely excited to receive this award," said Crystal Mountain's Chris MacInnes. "Our focus has always been to provide the best experience to our guests, both on the hill and off. It's wonderful to hear, straight from visitors, that we are truly giving them the chance to make moments that matter here at Crystal Mountain."
The upcoming 2013/2014 winter season will give guests to Crystal Mountain even more terrain to experience with the expansion of skiable acres serviced by a brand-new Buck Chairlift. As part of more than $2-million in investments, visitors can expect a handful of new runs and glade areas to explore as soon as the lifts start running this winter.
