Facilities Supervisor Wins Annual Service Excellence Award

THOMPSONVILLE, MICH – Judy Kline was recently named Crystal Mountain’s 2012 Service Excellence Award Winner. Kline is no stranger to the hospitality industry. She’s been with Crystal Mountain since 2008 – first as a facilities attendant and now as a facilities supervisor.

Kline received several nominations for a Service Excellence Award in 2012 including one family who said they were, “Impressed by how kind and willing she is all the time. We saw her daily for the week we were here and she always has a smile on her face! She is so good with the kids. They love her too!”

Each month, one Crystal Mountain employee is honored with a Service Excellence Award; nominations come can from coworkers or guests. An annual Service Excellence Award Winner is then chosen from among the monthly winners.

“Our Service Excellence Awards are all about recognizing the great people we have working here at Crystal Mountain,” said Chris MacInnes, Chief Operating Officer of Crystal Mountain. “Judy is the perfect example of why Crystal Mountain is an award-winning destination.”
