Please arrive before the scheduled class time for group fitness classes, out of respect for the instructor and other participants. To maintain class flow, entry will not be allowed for those arriving five or more minutes late.

  • Vinyasa Yoga

    Fun and invigorating, based on linking movement with breath. An energizing flow infused with sun salutations, standing postures and some of the more basic arm balances, inversions and backbends. Basic yoga knowledge is recommended for a more enjoyable experience, but all stages of the posture are explained so that all levels are safe and welcome.

    Geared for everyone! This is a full body workout with only dumbbells. Giving you the tools you need to get a great work out in the gym or at home. We will focus on arms, back, legs and core!

    Slow Flow Yoga is a calming, breath-centered class designed to build strength, flexibility, and balance through mindful movement. This class moves at a slower pace, allowing time to focus on alignment, deepen stretches, and connect movement with breath. Expect gentle flowing sequences, longer-held poses, and a relaxing atmosphere that helps reduce stress while improving mobility and body awareness. Suitable for all experience levels, including beginners.
