Golf Learning Center
Crystal Mountain’s Golf Learning Center has tailored and dedicated golf instruction to help you with all your golf goals. Whether you're preparing for your first round or trying to take your game to a new level, the Golf Learning Center's 10-acre practice facility and nationally recognized Crystal Mountain Golf School has it all.
The Golf Learning Center features a driving range, putting green and two multi-tiered chipping greens with bunkers, perfect for sharpening short-game skills. The center is open to the public with a range ball machine on-site that accepts cash or credit cards.

Please Note: The last day to play our golf courses and the Golf Learning Center is Sunday, November 2. Our courses will close for the winter on Monday, November 3.

Crystal Mountain Golf School
When it comes to golf, the world's best players all agree on something: You never stop learning. Through individual lessons and golf school at Crystal Mountain – now enhanced with state-of-the-art TrackMan 4 Technology – you'll learn from Class A teaching professionals to better your game. Players of all ages and experience levels – juniors to adults, beginners to scratch players – can improve specific facets of their game, gain valuable on-course knowledge, lower their scores, and have more fun.

Pace of Play
To improve the pace of play, Crystal Mountain has the right to pair all singles and/or twosomes with other golfers to complete a foursome. Pace of play is 4-hours on Betsie Valley and 4-hours and 15 minutes on Mountain Ridge. All golfers are asked to respect the pace of play, by keeping up with the group in front of you.
Reservations & Check-In
All tee times require a credit card guarantee. Full payment will be charged to your credit card at check-in. We recommend checking in at the Pro Shop at least 20 minutes prior to your first tee time.
Cancellation
Tee time modifications or cancellations may be made without penalty at least 48 hours in advance for groups of up to 12 players, 14 days in advance for groups of 13 to 24 players and 30 days in advance for groups of 25 or more players. Failure to reschedule, reduce the number of players or cancel tee times within the cancellation policy guidelines will result in a 100% charge to your credit card for scheduled services.
Carts & Rental Equipment
Carts are included in quoted rates and are required on the Mountain Ridge course. Walking is permitted on the Betsie Valley course. Please inform the Pro Shop staff at check-in. For the safety of all guests, only two riders and two golf bags are allowed on a single golf cart at a time. Spectators must pay the appropriate golf cart fee. Anyone driving a golf cart must have a valid driver’s license.
Right and left hand clubs are available to rent for men and women. Resort houseguests receive at least 10% off club rental. Supplies are limited. Please check with the Pro Shop for availability.
Twilight Tee Times
Wind down at the end of the day, relax, take your time and go easy on your budget. Plus, Juniors golf free with a paid adult!
18 holes are not guaranteed during Twilight, but complete as many holes as possible before dusk. Please allow at least 20 minutes travel time back to the Pro Shop when playing the Mountain Ridge course.

Rainchecks
Should the golf course be unplayable or closed due to weather, Crystal Mountain will issue a rain check. The value of your raincheck will be based on the number of holes played:
1 - 5 Holes completed: A raincheck will be issued equal to 100% of your fees paid.
6 - 14 Holes completed: A raincheck will be issued equal to 50% of your fees paid.
15 - 18 Holes: A rain check will not be issued.
Package round values vary based on package pricing.
Rainchecks do not expire and may be redeemed toward golf.
