Whether you're looking to up your performance or rehab from an injury, our personal training program at the Peak Fitness Center has a plan for anyone who wants an active lifestyle. Our certified personal trainers will help you set your personal goals and create a customized plan to help you achieve what you desire. Our customized personal training sessions are 50-minutes.

Personal Training Individual Sessions

  • One Personal Training Session, $60 per 50-minutes
  • Dual Personal Training Session, $85 per 50-minutes
  • Member Session, $55 per 50-minutes

Personal Training Packages*

  • 8-Session Member Personal Training Package, $400
  • 12-Session Member Personal Training Package, $560
  • 8-Session Non-Member Personal Training Package, $430
  • 12-Session Non-Member Personal Training Package, $620

* Personal Training Packages expire six months from date purchased.

Youth Sports Skills Training*

  • One-on-one 1/2 hour training session, $30 per person, per session OR $130 for four sessions.

Training can be developed for Basic Strength Training, Sports-Specific Fitness or Weight Loss.

We request that cancellations or appointment reschedules be made at least 24-hours in advance for personal training sessions. Failure to reschedule in advance and no show appointments will be charged in full.
