New Year's Fitness Challenge

This 6 week, 12 session program is a great way to get motivated and work on your health and fitness goals! Weekly weigh-ins and measurements keep you on track plus the small group setting creates an environment of accountability. Each week there will be a different wellness focus to give you helpful information and tips. Participants can even qualify for a grand prize!

Held Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:30pm.

Four Seasons Club Members: $189
Non-Members: $239

Minimum of 5 participants required. Maximum of 8 participants will be accepted. Program fee is non-refundable. Private Challenge is available upon request for you and your friends ( 3 - 8 people required).

Grand Prize

Grand Prize is 4 Personal Training Sessions - a $240 value! To qualify for the grand prize, participants must weigh in and measure on starting and final sessions. The winner will be based on who loses the most inches off their waist and the total amount of bodyweight. If one person loses more off their waist and another loses a higher bodyweight, we will have two winners!
