Healthy donors are encouraged to attend. Appointments are preferred but walk-ins are welcome! Please make sure you eat a healthy meal and drink plenty of water before donating.

Tips for a Successful Donation
- Eat foods that are rich in iron two weeks or more.
- Get plenty of rest
- Drink an extra 16 oz. of water or fluids.
- Eat a healthy meal prior to donation.
- Avoid alcohol.
- If you are a platelet donor, remember to not take aspirin for 2 days prior to donation.
- Remember to bring your photo ID or two other forms of ID.
