Enjoy mountaintop cocktails and hors d'oeuvres before a short, scenic stroll to the Yurt for a farm-to-table dinner. You'll dine at our communal table to share a family-style feast with the company of new friends and live music.
Schedule
5:30pm - 6pm: Your mountaintop experience begins with a scenic ride up the Clipper Chairlift, where our host will be waiting to welcome you. Once you’ve checked in, the evening kicks off with a welcome reception featuring specialty cocktails and an assortment of appetizers.
6pm - 9pm: Following the welcome reception, a short stroll leads you to the Yurt for a communal, family-style dinner. We embrace the tradition of unassigned seating to encourage shared conversation and new connections. At the conclusion of the event, guests will take a shuttle back down the mountain to the Crystal Center.
While seating is open, we are happy to assist parties of five or more in sitting together with advanced notice. If your group has purchased tickets under separate reservations, please notify us of the names in your party so we can ensure your group is accommodated. Cost: $245 per person
Includes tax and gratuity, plus welcome reception beverages and selected wines with your multi-course family-style dinner. We also offer zero-proof beverages upon request.
Tickets are non-refundable. In the event you cannot attend, you may transfer your tickets to another party. Please contact Tony Lucero at 231-378-2043.
Ages: Guests must be 21+ to participate. Due to the length of the event, the family-style service and out of respect for all guests, we kindly ask that guests not bring children.
