Kids Group Lessons
Our Kids Group Lessons offer kids the opportunity to explore the slopes and improve their skills while having fun! Crystal Mountain's Snowsports School uses Flaik GPS technology to monitor your child's lesson. Relive the experience and watch their skills grow! Lessons begin December 14, 2024.
Lift tickets and rentals are not included in lesson price and must be purchased separately for each participant.
It is recommended that all lessons, rentals and lift tickets be reserved a minimum of seven days in advance. Having a lesson does not ensure that rental equipment is available which must be purchased separately. Walk-in availability may be limited. We highly recommend purchasing online in advance. Helmets are required for all lessons at Crystal Mountain. A $25 late fee will be charged for every 10 minutes parents are late for pick-up.
Little Bears Ski
Ages 3 - 4
Specifically designed for little ones, we'll spend our time on the snow learning to slide and have fun! In addition to learning the basics of skiing, we will incorporate games and a story time that will keep your child engaged and entertained. Geared for all abilities, ages 3-4.
Lesson will include a short break for hot chocolate, a light snack and restroom use. Children taking a lesson must be able to use the restroom on their own.
Tip: We recommend having your little ones try on ski boots and walk around in them before the lesson.

Rentals are not included in lesson price and must be purchased separately for each participant. Lift tickets are free for kids under the age of 6 years old and must be worn to access all lifts. Kids under the age of 6 years old may pick up their free lift ticket at the ticket window, located in the lower level of the Crystal Center.

Program Details:
These two classes are limited in size and arranged by age and ability. Classes are initially coordinated based on the level of information provided in registration. Please be as accurate as possible regarding your child's experience on the snow. At the start of each session, an on-hill assessment of each student will be administered by our lead instructors and classes will be assigned. Class changes may be made to reflect the most appropriate class for your child. Age, ability and their comfort with terrain will be considered in making this decision. For kids who have specific, higher-level goals, we recommend a private lesson.
If your child is signed up for both the AM & PM sessions, the child must be picked up during their lunch break. The same instructor is not guaranteed. Parents must be on time for pick up. If you show up more than 10 minutes after your scheduled start time, your lesson will be moved to a later time if available or cancelled.

Nanny McSki
Available for ages 6 - 17. Our industry-recognized and award-winning program returns. An elite instructor, certified by the PSIA/AASI and trained in childcare, will guide up to three children of similar ability. The instructor will meet the children at your doorstep, supervise equipment rentals and fittings, and hit the slopes for the day (9am - 4pm).
Lunch will be provided with a preapproved menu. All participants must be on the same kind of equipment, either skis or snowboards. Kids must be able to use the restroom on their own.

TIME: Offered daily from 9am - 4pm.

Prices are up to three children. Add $100 for up to four children total.
