Tickets & Rental Office Hours

Our Tickets & Rental office is in the lower level of the Crystal Center and opens at 8:30am daily. Our ticket window closes 1 hour before the lifts stop our rental floor closes 30 minutes after the lifts stop.

Crystal Change Policy

Lift tickets purchased online are non-refundable and non-transferable. However, if your plans change please visit our Change Form and we will provide you with a voucher, of equal or lesser value, to be used by the end of this season. To request the change, fill out the Change Form no later than 4pm the day before your original lift ticket was set to begin.

Note: You are responsible for your lift ticket. If your daily lift ticket is lost or stolen, you will be charged the maximum daily rate or cost of the ticket to replace it.

RFID Tickets & Season Passes

Day and Overnight Groups

Unlock savings at Crystal Mountain! Groups purchasing 24 or more paid lift tickets can save up to 50% off window lift ticket and rental equipment rates and they will receive two complimentary adult lift tickets. Staying overnight? Ask about our group lodging discounts.
