Our Tickets & Rental office is located in the lower level of the Crystal Center. It opens at 8:30am daily. Our ticket window closes 1-hour prior to lifts closing and our rental floor closes 30 minutes after the lifts stop running. Don't forget, kids ages 6 and under and adults ages 80 and over ski free anytime!

Crystal Change Policy

Lift tickets purchased online are non-refundable and non-transferable. However, if your plans change please visit our Change Form and we will provide you with a voucher, of equal or lesser value, to be used by the end of this season. To request the change, fill out the Change Form no later than 4pm the day before your original lift ticket was set to begin.

Note: You are responsible for your lift pass. If your daily lift ticket is lost or stolen, you will be charged the maximum daily rate or cost of the ticket to replace it.
