Crystal Spa Update
Crystal Spa’s lower level is currently undergoing renovations through late Summer 2026 due to natural flooding. Our upper level—including the lobby, locker rooms, lounge, and nail salon—remains open for your enjoyment. All body and facial services, along with an additional relaxation lounge, are presently located at the Inn.
We kindly invite you to arrive 45 minutes prior to your service and stay up to an hour afterward to fully enjoy the amenities and relaxation experience. You are welcome to take a brief outdoor walk to your service at the Inn, or shuttle transportation is available upon request.

Bring your empty, clean bottles to the Crystal Spa to be refilled. Our staff will not be able to refill your bottles if they are not completely empty, clean and in good condition.

Policies & FAQs
In effort to provide a relaxing environment for our guests, we ask that you observe the following guidelines:
Please arrive 20 – 30 minutes prior to your service. Guests are not allowed into the spa any earlier than 30-minutes prior to service and are asked to check-out within 1-hour of the end of their last service so that we are able to maintain a relaxing experience for all guests. Guests whose services are scheduled to end near closing time are welcome to arrive up to two-hours prior to their scheduled appointment time.
Age Policies
Please contact the spa directly at 231-378-2030 to book services for guests under 18.
Nail Services are available for guests ages 13 and over. Nail services include spa amenity access for guests who are 16-17 if they are accompanied by a same gender adult; adult must also have a service or pay spa access fee to accompany the minor. Nail services will not include spa amenity access for guests who are under 16 years old.
Massages are available for guests ages 16 and 17 when booked with an accompanying adult together in the dual room; minor will be booked with a same gender therapist.
Facials are available for guests ages 16 and 17 when booked at the same time an accompanying adult has a service booked.
Spa amenity access is available 30 minutes prior to scheduled service and for one hour after service ends. Guests who are scheduled for the last service of the day can arrive one hour early to enjoy spa access prior to their service. A same gender adult will be required to accompany minors while enjoying the amenities for any of these services.

Please note that spa service pricing is subject to change based on demand. Weekend and holiday appointments may include a premium of $20 or more per service. Updated pricing will be reflected at the time of booking. Pricing and promotions are subject to change at any time.
Do I need to make a reservation for spa services?
We strongly recommend that you schedule Crystal Spa appointments prior to your arrival. Reservations are subject to availability and must be guaranteed with a credit card. Book your appointment by calling 231-378-2030 or reserve online.
Do I need to fill out a waiver to visit Crystal Spa?
Crystal Spa Guests are required to fill out a waiver prior to any spa treatments. Your Crystal Spa waiver will be e-mailed to you after you book your service.
I need to cancel my appointment. Is there a cancellation fee?
We request that cancellations or appointment reschedules be made at least 24-hours in advance for single services and 48-hours in advance for multiple treatments. Failure to reschedule in advance will result in a 50% charge applied to your credit card. No-show appointments will be charged in full.
What should I bring to the spa?
You will be provided a luxurious spa robe and sandals upon arrival. Please bring a swimsuit to fully enjoy all of the Crystal Spa amenities.
Are there alcoholic beverages at Crystal Spa or may I bring my own?
Beer, wine and bubbly are available for purchase at the spa. Please do not bring alcohol with you to the spa, this is violation of our liquor license.
Can I use my cell phone at Crystal Spa?
To ensure the privacy and relaxation of all guests, we ask that phones are silenced and stored in your locker while you are in Crystal Spa.
Does the spa offer day lockers?
While we do offer lockers, Crystal Spa is not responsible for damage or loss of your personal belongings. We ask that you please not bring or wear valuables.
What spa amenities are available?
Each locker room features a eucalyptus-infused steam room and infrared sauna. Plus, there is a co-ed outdoor hot tub and Relaxation Lounge featuring hot teas, fruit, and cucumber mint water. Spa access also includes access to the Peak Fitness Center and indoor pool and hot tub. Guests are asked to arrive to Crystal Spa 30 minutes prior to appointment to complete the check-in process and begin to enjoy the amenities, and are invited to stay up to 1 hour past the end of your spa service to continue the spa experience!
What forms of payment can I use at Crystal Spa? Is gratuity included?
We accept all major credit cards, personal checks and traveler's checks. Crystal Mountain houseguests may also charge services to their room and club members to their membership account. All spa service prices include a 2% service charge. An 18% adjustable gratuity for your service provider will be added at checkout and may be modified at your discretion.
