Spring Forward Fitness Challenge

This 6 week, 12 session program is a great way to get motivated and work on your health and fitness goals! Weekly weigh-ins and measurements keep you on track plus the small group setting creates an environment of accountability. 

Held Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:30pm. Program begins April 14 through May 21, 2026.

About the Program

Each week of the program features a unique wellness theme designed to provide you with practical information and actionable tips for your health journey. Every session balances specific exercise techniques with guidance on building strength and boosting your energy levels while prioritizing your overall well-being. To make the most of the season, we may even move our classes outdoors as the weather warms up to enjoy the fresh air while we work toward your goals. Participants can even qualify for a grand prize!

Challenge includes:

  • Progress Pics: You’re the only one who sees your photos—they’re just for you to look back and see how far you’ve come.
  • Meal Tracking: To help you stay fueled and on the right track.
  • H2O Goals: Log your water intake and stay hydrated while we crush it.
  • Weekly Check-ins: A quick weekly weigh-in and BMI% update to see the numbers moving in the right direction.

Cost

Four Seasons Club Members: $189
Non-Members: $230

Minimum of 5 participants required. Maximum of 8 participants will be accepted. Program fee is non-refundable. Private Challenge is available upon request for you and your friends (3 - 8 people required).

Grand Prize

Grand Prize is 4 Personal Training Sessions - a $240 value! To qualify for the grand prize, participants must weigh in and measure on starting and final sessions. The winner will be based on who loses the most body fat percentage and the total amount of bodyweight.
