Our 12-session Swing Fit Performance Program is designed to keep your swing sharp and powerful for all 18 holes.

About The Program

To build a better game, you need to work on the swing and the athleticism behind it.

  • 6 PGA Professional Sessions (1-Hour): Work one-on-one with a PGA Pro to deconstruct your swing, sharpen your short game, and build a repeatable, consistent strike.
  • 6 Golf-Specific Strength Sessions (1-Hour): Train with a Certified Personal Trainer to improve rotational power, mobility, and stability - building the "golf muscles" required to sustain peak performance.

Leave the logistics to us! Our Peak Fitness team will handle the coordination between our fitness and golf experts to schedule your program. To ensure we can accommodate your preferred dates and times, please allow one week's notice for all scheduling requests. 

How to Sign Up

Cost: $720 per person ($60 per hour session)

All sessions must be used before August 15, 2026. Program fee is non-refundable and no refunds will be issued if all sessions are not completed by August 15, 2026.

Advanced registration is required along with completed pre-workout paperwork.
