Daisy Fleisher named Director of Sales

THOMPSONVILLE, Mich. (April 1, 2023) – Crystal Mountain is thrilled to announce Daisy Fleisher as Director of Sales. Daisy comes to the resort with decades of hospitality and sales experience.
“Daisy is a successful, high-energy individual who brings a new perspective to the Crystal Mountain sales team,” said Arah Johnson, VP of Sales. “Her impressive background covers every aspect of working at a resort, from sales to catering to convention services, and we’re confident with her experience she’ll bring new clients and guests to the resort.”
Fleisher, 42, comes to Crystal Mountain after ten years of working at hotels and resorts in Las Vegas. She has held positions at Wynn-Encore, Golden Nugget, and most recently, at Virgin Hotels of Hilton Curio Collection as the national sales manager.
Before Las Vegas, Fleisher worked for Grand Wailea, a Hilton Waldorf Astoria resort in her home state of Hawaii.
During her time with Hilton, she received the 2021 Hilton SOAR award for top three sales individuals globally in 1000+ room category for the Hilton Global Week of Engagement.
As director of Sales, Fleisher oversees the team responsible for finding, cultivating, and assisting group visits – corporations, organizations, and associations – with their events at Crystal Mountain. Regional meetings, incentive trips, conferences, weddings, if it’s a group event, chances are Fleisher or a member from her team will help coordinate.
“What I love about Crystal Mountain is that it’s a four-season destination where people can work hard, and play hard,” Fleisher said. “In its own little village, Crystal showcases the beauty of northern Michigan and naturally attracts groups, families, and tourists from all over. I’m honored to be a leader on the Crystal team.”
She lives in Copemish, Mich., with her husband Evan and 11-year-old son.
