JuLY Schedule

MONDAYS

8am: Water Aerobics - Designed for both basic and advanced water aerobics enthusiasts.
10am: Yoga Fit - Designed to build strength and stamina in this intermediate yoga class with more sun salutations, and more core work. Not recommended without previous yoga experience.
1pm: Retired Not Tired - Designed to help older adults maintain and improve their cardio health, strength, balance and flexibility. (Excludes July 16)
7pm: Unwind Yoga with Spa - Escape to Crystal Spa for an evening of relaxation and rejuvenation with Crystal Mountain Unwind Yoga. Begin your journey with spa access staring at 5pm. As the sun sets over the mountain we begin unwind yoga at 7pm in the motion studio. (*$15 per class, per person. Fee includes access to Crystal Spa, Indoor Pool and Peak Fitness Center.)

Tuesdays

8am: Bootcamp - Cardio, strength and endurance full body workout designed for the average to elite exercise enthusiast. (Excludes July 3, 24, 31)
9am: Mountain Hike - Meet at The Peak Fitness Center with your bottled water and hiking shoes. Enjoy a one-hour moderate-fitness-level hike up the mountain led by Peak staff. Rental ski walking poles are available to enhance your workout. (Excludes July 3)
5pm: Cardio Kickboxing - A 50-minute class that uses basic kickboxing techniques and conditioning moves to get your heart rate up and your muscles working.  You control the intensity! (Excludes July 3)
7pm: Zumba - Fuses hypnotic rhythms and easy-to-follow dance movements to create a dynamic and effective workout that’s a blast! Cardio routines featuring interval training sessions with fast and slow rhythms combine with resistance training to tone & sculpt your body while burning fat. (Excludes July 3)

Wednesdays

8am: Water Aerobics - Designed for both basic and advanced water aerobics enthusiasts. (Excludes July 4)
10am: Mountain Yoga - Hike the mountain and catch your breath at the top with spectacular views in this mountain top yoga experience. (Excludes July 4)
6pm: Total Core - Tempo core program focusing on the abdominal and back muscles, toning the mid-section and incorporating an explosive cardio workout. (Excludes July 4)

Thursdays

10am: Gentle Yoga - This class will guide you with ease and comfort into a gentle yoga practice with the use of props to assist.
5pm: Cardio Kickboxing - A 50-minute class that uses basic kickboxing techniques and conditioning moves to get your heart rate up and your muscles working.  You control the intensity!
6pm: Mountainside Fitness - Fitness outside on the base area of the mountain which consists of bodyweight circuit routines and interval training. Good for all abilities with modifications available. If weather does not permit, class may be held inside.(Excludes July 5)
7pm: Zumba - Fuses hypnotic rhythms and easy-to-follow dance movements to create a dynamic and effective workout that’s a blast! Cardio routines featuring interval training sessions with fast and slow rhythms combine with resistance training to tone & sculpt your body while burning fat.

Fridays

8am: Water Aerobics - Designed for both basic and advanced water aerobics enthusiasts. (Excludes July 6)
9am: HIIT Class - 30-minute High Intensity Interval Training is a total body circuit style class with a mix of cardio and strength training. (Excludes July 13)
9:30am Core & Tone - 30-minute class designed to target core muscles and total body toning. (Excludes July 13)

Saturdays

8am: Yoga Fit - Designed to build strength and stamina in this intermediate yoga class with more sun salutations, and more core work. Not recommended without previous yoga experience.
10am: Mountain Yoga - Hike the mountain and catch your breath at the top with spectacular views in this mountain top yoga experience.

Sundays

8am: HIIT Class - 30-minute High Intensity Interval Training is a total body circuit style class with a mix of cardio and strength training. (Excludes July 22, 29)
9am: Aromatherapy Yoga - Breathe easy as the room is diffused with essential oils to assist your body in a deep relaxation through the poses.
10am: Mountain Hike - Meet at The Peak Fitness Center with your bottled water and hiking shoes. Enjoy a one-hour moderate-fitness-level hike up the mountain led by Peak staff. Rental ski walking poles are available to enhance your workout.
10am: Family Yoga - Family bonding on a mat! This fun 30 minute class targets the learning the building blocks of yoga. Kids 4 years and up welcome with an adult.
