FITNESS CLASS CALENDAR

Most fitness classes are $10 per class and are free for Four Seasons Club Members, Peak Members and Houseguests. Please note, most fitness classes are geared for ages 16 and older. Reservations are recommended. For more information or to register, please call the Peak Fitness Center at 888-968-7686 ext. 7300.

September SCHEDULE

MONDAYS

8am: Water Aerobics - Designed for both basic and advanced water aerobics enthusiasts. 
1pm: Retired Not Tired - Designed to help older adults maintain and improve their cardio health, strength, balance and flexibility. 
6pm: Empower Yoga - Much like a traditional Ashtanga practice, poses will be held for 3-5 breaths, as we build upon the sequence. Sequences are designed to give space and time to feel the strength of a pose as well as opportunities for more growth and awareness. The power comes from within - a place of discernment. Together we will tap into that power and develop a relationship with effort and ease! This class is perfect for students ready to apply a little more challenge to their practice. 
7pm: Zumba - Fuses hypnotic rhythms and easy-to-follow dance movements to create a dynamic and effective workout that’s a blast! Cardio routines featuring interval training sessions with fast and slow rhythms combine with resistance training to tone & sculpt your body while burning fat. (Excludes September 3)

TUESDAYS

9am: Yoga Fit - Designed to build strength and stamina in this intermediate yoga class with more sun salutations, and more core work. Not recommended without previous yoga experience.

WEDNESDAYS

8am: Water Aerobics - Designed for both basic and advanced water aerobics enthusiasts. 
6pm: Total Core - Tempo core program focusing on the abdominal and back muscles, toning the mid-section and incorporating an explosive cardio workout. 

THURSDAYS

9am: Mountain Hike - Meet at The Peak Fitness Center with your bottled water and hiking shoes. Enjoy a one-hour moderate-fitness-level hike up the mountain led by Peak staff. Rental ski walking poles are available to enhance your workout.
10am: Gentle Yoga - This class will guide you with ease and comfort into a gentle yoga practice with the use of props to assist.

FRIDAYS

8am: Water Aerobics - Designed for both basic and advanced water aerobics enthusiasts. 
9am: HIIT Class - 30-minute High Intensity Interval Training is a total body circuit style class with a mix of cardio and strength training. (Excludes September 14)
9:30am Core & Tone - 30-minute class designed to target core muscles and total body toning. (Excludes September 14)

SATURDAYS

8am: Sunrise Yoga - Class is designed to create flexibility and strength through exploration of the postures and breath work.  We will explore all difference kinds of yoga week to week and blend the styles to create a well rounded practice, such as: yin, restorative, hatha, vinyasa,  & ashtanga.  This will be a slower paced class giving time to feel each posture.  A great place to begin or start up again. 
10am: Mountain Yoga - Hike the mountain and catch your breath at the top with spectacular views in this mountain top yoga experience. 
12pm: Empower Yoga - Much like a traditional Ashtanga practice, poses will be held for 3-5 breaths, as we build upon the sequence. Sequences are designed to give space and time to feel the strength of a pose as well as opportunities for more growth and awareness. The power comes from within - a place of discernment. Together we will tap into that power and develop a relationship with effort and ease! This class is perfect for students ready to apply a little more challenge to their practice. 
7:30pm: Chakradance™ - Guided visualization paired with pulsing music to resonate with different energy centers in our bodies. This is a dance for the soul. 

SUNDAYS

9am: Yin Yoga - A slow paced practice, holding poses for longer periods of time. (Excludes September 9)
1pm: Yoga Flow - Glide through the sequence in this yoga class for beginners to advanced.
