FITNESS CLASS CALENDAR

Most fitness classes are $10 per class and are free for Four Seasons Club Members, Peak Members and Houseguests. Please note, most fitness classes are geared for ages 16 and older. Reservations are recommended. For more information or to register, please call the Peak Fitness Center at 888-968-7686 ext. 7300.

NOVEMBER SCHEDULE

MONDAYS

8am: Water Aerobics - Designed for both basic and advanced water aerobics enthusiasts. 
1pm: Retired Not Tired - Designed to help older adults maintain and improve their cardio health, strength, balance and flexibility.

TUESDAYS

9am: Yoga Fit - Designed to build strength and stamina in this intermediate yoga class with more sun salutations, and more core work. Not recommended without previous yoga experience.
6pm: Vinyasa Flow - A fun and invigorating yoga class, based on linking movement with breath. An energizing flow infused with sun salutations, standing postures and some of the more basic arm balances, inversions and backbends. Basic yoga knowledge is recommended for a more enjoyable experience, but all stages of the posture are explained so that all levels are safe and welcome.

WEDNESDAYS

8am: Water Aerobics - Designed for both basic and advanced water aerobics enthusiasts. 
10am: Yoga Flow - Glide through the sequence in this yoga class for beginners to advanced. 
6pm: Total Core - Tempo core program focusing on the abdominal and back muscles, toning the mid-section and incorporating an explosive cardio workout. 
7:30pm: Chakradance™ - Guided visualization paired with pulsing music to resonate with different energy centers in our bodies. This is a dance for the soul.

THURSDAYS

10am: Gentle Yoga - This class will guide you with ease and comfort into a gentle yoga practice with the use of props to assist. (Excludes November 22)
SPECIALTY CLASSES - NOVEMBER 22 (THANKSGIVING DAY)
8am: Earn Your Feast -
Cardio, strength and endurance full body workout designed for the average to elite exercise enthusiast.
7pm: PIE-OHH (Power PiYo) - Combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility advantages of yoga. 

FRIDAYS

8am: Water Aerobics - Designed for both basic and advanced water aerobics enthusiasts. (Excludes November 23)
9am: HIIT Class - 30-minute High Intensity Interval Training is a total body circuit style class with a mix of cardio and strength training. (Excludes November 23)
9:30am Core & Tone - 30-minute class designed to target core muscles and total body toning. (Excludes November 23)
SPECIALTY CLASSES - NOVEMBER 23 
8am: Turkey Burn-Off Bootcamp -
Cardio, strength and endurance full body workout designed for the average to elite exercise enthusiast. 
9am: Family Fitness - Our professional instructors guide you through this cardio, strength and endurance full-body workout designed for the average to elite exercise enthusiast. This ½ hour class is setup in a circuit style fitness training program.
7pm: Aromatherapy Yoga - This soothing 50-minute sequence features static postures that encourage relaxation.  All levels are welcome.  We will practice in a dimly lit room featuring aromatherapy diffusers. 

SATURDAYS

9am: PiYo® - Combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility advantages of yoga.
10am: Aromatherapy Yoga - This soothing 50-minute sequence features static postures that encourage relaxation.  All levels are welcome.  We will practice in a dimly lit room featuring aromatherapy diffusers. (Held at 11am on Nov. 24)

SUNDAYS

9am: Yin Yoga - A slow paced practice, holding poses for longer periods of time.
