It won’t be long before all of the white turns to green on the slopes, so take advantage of the last full month of skiing and riding – and do it in style. Every Saturday this month is a March at the Mountain celebration. Dress to impress and see if you can match the level of fun for each of the following events and receive $10 off an open-to-close lift ticket at the window!
March at the Mountain:

March 7: Mardi Gras – Perhaps a blizzard of snow, and beads! This high-energy event consists of skiers and snowboarders decked out in vibrant Mardi Gras attire, dancing to a slopeside DJ and chowing down on a delicious slopeside BBQ. Slope hours are 9am-9pm. Off-slope activities include Mardi Gras mask making, live music in the Vista Lounge, snowshoeing, archery, horse drawn surrey rides and more.

March 14: Spring Carnival – Experience the up-north way to celebrate the coming of spring; we're talking sun-kissed slopes, goggle tans and good times. Choose your best fun-in-the-sun outfit and hit the slopes. Show off your craftiness in the Creative Cardboard Sled Contest and then race your masterpiece down the hill in the Carboard Classic. Another event worth witnessing is the iconic Slush Cup where brave souls attempt to glide across a frigid pool of icy water - hilarious wipeouts guaranteed. Slope hours are 9am-9pm.

March 21: Celts & Kayaks – Skiing leprechauns won't be the only head-turner on the slopes, it's the one time of year you can plow down the mountain in a kayak and earn yourself some bragging rights! Slope hours are 9am-6pm and while you're out there, look for a few hidden shamrocks as part of the on-slope scavenger hunt, and if you find one, take it to the Park at Water's Edge for a prize! So grab your green garb and celebrate St. Patty's Day weekend on the slopes.

March 28: Retro Day – Dust off your neon ski suits, windbreakers, vintage sweaters, graphic tees and gigantic jeans as we turn back time on the slopes. Dress up from your favorite decade and party down to the slopeside DJ. Slope hours are 9am-4:30pm and while you're out there, keep an eye out for the disco balls scattered around the slopes, and if you find one, take it to the Park at Water's Edge to claim a prize.
March 21 - April 4: Spring Break – Skip the beach and head to the slopes for Spring Break! And that doesn't mean you have to leave the bathing suit behind because there's an outdoor hot tub, indoor pool, indoor hot tub and the hot tub at Crystal Spa (it's worth the investment.) After a little R&R at the spa or in your slopeside lodging, head out for a scenic horse-drawn surrey ride or an adrenaline-pumping outdoor laser tag session. This is a Spring Break you won’t soon forget.
