Elite Recovery
This highly effective sports recovery massage utilizes a variety of innovative RAD Massage Tools to release trigger points and tight fascia throughout the body, as well as, stimulate blood flow and lymphatic drainage. This powerful treatment improves mobility, reduces soreness and helps to restore balance after a workout or a long day at the office. The Elite Recovery massage also utilizes targeted compressions, stretching, and pressure point techniques and complete with arnica relief cream or C+M pain relieving cream to your most tense areas.
*45 minutes is targeted to back, back of legs, neck and shoulders. 75 minutes is full body.

Strawberry Rhubarb Hyaluronic Infusion Facial
Our Micro-infusion facial uses sterile 24K Gold-plated micro-needles to gently stamp into the epidermis creating a pathway for anti-aging serums to penetrate and seep into the skin. This premier spa experience begins with a luxurious Whipped Honey Fine Sea Salt Body Polish and Vichy shower. Relax completely as your body is drizzled with warm Honey Heel Glaze, known for its intense hydration. You are then nestled in a hot towel cocoon while your feet are thoroughly massaged. A final application of rich citrus and vanilla shea butter will leave you feeling relaxed, silky and smooth.
