Bootcamp: Tabata Style

A full body program designed to challenge your cardio, strength, and endurance. This class is for all fitness levels, Modification moves are given. Tabata is a high-intensity interval workout with 20-second bursts of intense exercise followed by 10-second rests, typically repeated 3-5 times.
