Core and Restore Yoga

This class focuses on inward sensations through reclined or seated postures, core engagement, and slow movements. Pilates and core strengthening support the trunk and balance. Pelvic floor work is included. The second half is a restorative yoga class with props, breathwork, meditation, and guided relaxation. A final physical adjustment with gentle touch and essential oils promotes deep relaxation.
